3. Prices; Lapidary tool Prices include Airmail postage cost to any worldwide destination. While Gems will attract additional cost for Airmail Postage.


4. When you place the order, you will immediately receive a confirmation mail.


5. All orders received and fully paid will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. If there is a delay, you will receive an e-mail.


6. Delivery Method :- All parcels are dispatched by Insured Air Mail to your address. Courier service can be used on special request.


7. Payment Terms :- We accept certified cheques, Master/Visa Credit Cards and 2Check Out.


8. Returns Policy :- Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Unused and in their Original Packaging. Refunds will be made as soon as the items are received. Postage in either direction will not be refunded. We recommend that you send items by recorded mail as we can not be responsible for goods which fail to reach us.

Damage and Lost Parcels :-
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If orders are considered by us, to be lost in transit after a reasonable period of time has elapsed we shall claim from the Insurance Company and refund your money.

Any duties and taxes payable at your end should be borne by yourself.
